Edward West, MBA 2007

Edward is the Founder of Mission Motors, manufacturer of the world's fastest production electric motorcycles. Mission Motors is dedicated to producing radically sustainable transportation that is on the cutting edge of technological innovation. Mission Motors began as Edward’s Capstone project during his final semester at Presidio.

Prior to Presidio, Edward attended Yale University, earning a BA in Mechanical Engineering. He later worked as an engineer, designing complex robotic systems and consumer products. He was drawn to Presidio because of the way both the curriculum and world-class faculty members encourage students to pursue and develop students' interests into viable businesses with the capacity to change the world.

In addition to his work with Mission Motors, Edward consults with start-up founders and speaks on the process of creating businesses. He has a deep and abiding interest in developmental and typological psychology, Integral Philosophy, and non-dual wisdom traditions.
